New York, New York, The Role: Associate Director of Brand Marketing Demand Generation The Grade/Level: 11 (relevant for internal applicants only) The Location: London, England;Washington DC; New York, NY; Richmond, VA The Team: You will report to the Director of Brand Marketing. The Impact: In this role you will oversee elements of our brand demand generation strategy as well as the execution and implementation of marketing initiatives. A keen grasp of how to optimally integrate a multi-channel marketing plan (offline and online) is critical. The role serves as a key liaison across Enterprise Marketing cross-functional team (Content, Event, Digital and In-house Agency) and across the divisions. Responsibilities: Drive integrated multi-channel demand generation programs Develop effective demand generation programs to grow qualified marketing leads across the enterprise Executes the overall demand generation strategy including both inbound lead acquisition and outbound marketing efforts Partners with cross-functional teams (Enterprise marketing and Divisions) to execute strategies that drive demand and uncover opportunities as well as to ensure alignment of marketing efforts across the organization Actively monitor and report on the marketing campaign performance Identifies and translates marketing opportunities into actionable and strategic recommendations aimed at driving demand and consideration for the Masterbrand Provides thoughtful feedback and clear direction on creative concepts Preserves and evolves brand standards and brand experience across all channels Ensures accuracy and excellence of all work done internally and by outside consultants and agencies Sources and shares thought leadership on relevant, key topics in brand strategy Instills excellence and innovation to brand communication practices including strategic briefs and persuasive storytelling Serves as liaison with outside consultants and agencies as needed Provides leadership, motivation, and clear direction to junior team members What We’re Looking For: 7+ years of brand marketing experience with in-depth understanding of demand generation, customer insights and online and offline marketing channels Bachelor’s degree Proven track record of developing and executing brand demand gen strategies that drive consideration, engagement, loyalty and leads through best in class marketing initiatives Excellent people management skills – both direct report and with other management throughout the organization Demonstrated ability to multitask, problem solve, show attention to detail, and follow-through to completion Passion for being customer focused Strong team player who is nimble and able to adjust to changing environments Must be a strong and confident communicator and presenter Flexible Working: We pride ourselves on our agility and diversity, and we welcome requests to work flexibly. Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $79,600 to $165,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
