Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Pay Grade/Pay Range:   Non Classified – Grade NA Department/Organization:  600121 – Athletics Marketing Normal Work Schedule:  varies Job Summary:  The Assoc Athletic Director will be responsible for the oversight of the assigned administrative services of the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics involving the conduct, administration, and governance of the Intercollegiate Athletics programs and participating in the decision making process regarding key issues affecting the division. Required Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 7 years of relevant work experience; OR a Master’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver’s license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.
