ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, CAREER DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CDO) , Sloan School of Management , to play a key role in increasing student, alumni, and employer engagement with the CDO through providing timely and relevant career information, messaging, and social media promotions reaching 1,500+ students, 12,000 employers, and alumni. Will work with the CDO’s senior associate director of marketing and operations and leverage multiple content management and messaging platforms to organize career websites, student newsletters, alumni messaging, and employer outreach; be integrally involved in the Career Stories project, creating video and written content to amplify student and alumni career paths; assist in promoting Sloan Alumni Industry Advisors and other activities/events; collaborate with team members on the design of websites, publications, and presentation materials; and participate in cross-organizational initiatives with CDO team members. Job Requirements REQUIRED : a bachelor’s degree; at least three years of professional work experience, including experience coordinating projects for multiple teams in a fast-paced environment; experience with content management systems, website design, email/social media communication platforms, and engagement analytics; experience designing visuals using Photoshop, Canva, and PowerPoint and leveraging brand resources; excellent organizational and communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. PREFERRED : experience recording/editing video content and experience with project management software.
