Learn more about Ross HERE .   Marketing and Communication Develop marketing campaigns, including creation and proofing of email campaigns, for prospective students to understand Ross differentiators, details of the application process, and event information. Help create email campaign audience segments within the email marketing database. Monitor email marketing performance and event registration totals to provide analysis of email campaign effectiveness and recommendations for improvements. Manage all event-related communications with prospective students, current students, staff, faculty, and alumni, including event registrations and follow-up surveys. Document best practices and analyze survey responses. Strategically staff events with students, alumni, and/or staff that best represent Ross and the event topic. Manage data imports from events into Salesforce, maintaining a high level of data integrity. Conduct regular benchmarking to understand market best practices. Manage Ross Full-Time MBA Admissions website. Event Coordination Work with members of the admissions team to develop event programming, budgets and project plans for events designed to attract and yield Full-Time MBA candidates. Manage execution of logistics for events, including Zoom setup and breakout room management, contract negotiations, menu selection, A/V, event staffing, etc. Provide administrative support including: coordinating meetings with staff and students, contacting and confirming speakers, making travel arrangements for students and staff, assisting students, staff, faculty, alumni and candidates/event attendees. Help with other responsibilities as assigned to support the evolving needs of the Admissions department. Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of progressive work experience in a professional environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experienced with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. You troubleshoot technology issues and quickly learn and adapt to new applications independently. You have the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Demonstrated experience speaking and presenting to groups ranging from 5-100 people in person and virtually. Work Schedule: Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, and/or weekends. Physical Demands/Work Environment May require work during early mornings, nights, and/or weekends Domestic travel may be required Salary Information: The general salary range for this position is $44,000 – $51,000. Candidates can expect to be paid a competitive and equitable salary. Factors used to determine salary include experience, knowledge and skills for the position.
