Big Rapids, Michigan, Position Title: Adjunct Instructor 1 – Marketing   Location: Big Rapids (Main Campus)   Advertised Salary: Salary commensurate with qualifications pursuant to the FSU and FNTFO/AFT Agreement   FLSA: Exempt   Temporary/Continuing:  Temporary   Part-Time/Full-Time: Part-Time   At Will/Just Cause: At Will   Summary of Position: Part-time teaching and related responsibilities; utilizing face-to-face, blended, and/or online modes of delivery; delivery on or off campus; assuring/improving learning through assessment, close consultation with program faculty, as well as training via the Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning. This is a pooled position. One or more applicants may be hired as needed to teach classes on a semester-by-semester basis.   Position Type: Faculty – Temporary & Continuing   Required Education: Master’s degree in Marketing or Statistics   Required Work Experience: Minimum 5 years industry experience in marketing or a related field.   Required Licenses and Certifications:     Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered: Ph.D. or ABA Familiar with student learning management systems such as Canvas Excel and SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) Has recent experience as college instructor in marketing and/or statistics.   Duties/Responsibilities: Teach one or more courses such as Principles of Marketing, Principles of Advertising, Professional Selling, Retailing, Industrial Marketing and Introductory Statistics.   Skills and Abilities: Required skills and abilities: Statistics: Expert knowledge of Excel and SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences).   Required Documents: Cover Letter Resume Unofficial Transcript 1   Optional Documents: Curriculum Vitae   Special Instructions to Applicants: Transcript 1 (REQUIRED): Applicants must attach a copy of unofficial transcript of Master degree.
