In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing innovative branded merchandise across diverse audiences (sports, hospitality, corporate, nonprofits, government, academia, etc.).  The position allows for professional growth and development. May start remote but should be open to relocating to Columbus, Ohio by Q1/Q2 of 2021. Client/Agency travel starting in 2021.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication or related experience
4+ years sales experience in the Ad Specialty and Promotional Product industry (ASI or PPAI/SAGE)
Customer experience focus with strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven success as a self-starter, ability to work independently, and solve problems with a take-charge attitude and a strong customer-centric mindset
Goal-oriented and success-driven professional with demonstrated ability to work independently with consistent success
Positive attitude and proactively dedicated to team success
Displays an eagerness to take on new challenges and additional responsibilities
Ability to adapt to changes and consistently balance competing demands
Experience or interest in design, marketing, printing, logistics

Highly proficient in Mac OS and Microsoft Office
Exceptional attention to detail and highly skilled in project management and strategic multitasking
Strong work ethic and ability to demonstrate effective time management
Punctual, accountable and reliable
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Ability to remain calm, think strategically and make decisions under pressure

Concept creation from beginning to end including competitive price points
Drive innovative and resourceful branded merchandise ideation in alignment with target audience insights
Research and understand target-audience preferences, habits, trends
Knowledge of current trends and insight into upcoming products
Lead/support promotional marketing ideation and planning
Identify potential client opportunities for promotional product integration
Update and manage online content
Content creation and social media management
Maintain archival information across Agency and client accounts
Manage product shipping, storage and inventory details
Support warehouse needs and inventory
Operate with high integrity and maintain Agency and client confidentiality
Work at a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced, high volume and high-pressure environment
Represent Agency/client at events
Be adaptable and willing to pivot and support as needed
Conduct business ethically, avoid conflicts of interest and act in the best interest of the Agency and its clients
Effectively and confidently communicate information to clients and at all levels of the organization
Participate in team-building events both inside and outside of the office
Perform other duties as assigned
