Show up for the other brands on your social media feeds with encouragement, reply back to commenters on your posts, and consistently share things like polls and question boxes that encourage community building organically. By continually making your audience feel like they matter, you’ll be able to build an engagement-heavy presence that will feel genuinely connected to your brand, your business, your services, and your products.
